We coordinate with trusted, highly reputable vendors for florals, photography, music, special vendors, and more, so you're not left chasing down confirmations or managing timelines. Every vendor detail is handled on our end, start to finish.
Culinary & Drinks
Our executive chef works directly with you to plan a dining experience that fits your celebration, whether you choose from our preset menus or want something fully customized and gourmet. Add professional bartenders and curated alcohol packages to round out the evening, with options like champagne toasts and signature cocktails designed just for your day. It's a dining and drink experience crafted with the same care as everything else at Cedar Cove Ranch.
All - Inclusive Packages
Our all-inclusive packages bundle everything you need into one seamless experience — the venue, planning support, trusted vendors, and on-site lodging, all working together under one roof. Rather than sourcing and managing each piece separately, you get a single point of contact and a team invested in getting every detail right. It's designed for couples who want a beautiful wedding without becoming full-time event planners in the process.
On-site Accommodations
​Guests can stay right on the property in one of our four beautifully appointed accommodations — the Grand Chateau, Lakeview Lodge, Whitetail Lodge, and Republic Lodge — with room to comfortably host up to 100 guests.
Day of Wedding Management
On your wedding day, our team is present, prepared, and a step ahead — managing the timeline, overseeing vendors, and handling setup and breakdown so that you can be fully present in the moment.
Photography & Videography Packages
We coordinate with photographers and videographers who know the property inside and out, so every angle — from the lakeside ceremony to golden hour at the barn — is captured beautifully. These are the people who'll help you relive the day for years to come.
Live Music or DJ Services
Whether you want a live band or a DJ who can read the room, we help arrange entertainment that keeps the celebration moving from ceremony to last dance. Sound and setup are coordinated as part of the planning process, so you don't have to manage the logistics yourself.
Floral Packages
From bouquets to full reception styling, we connect you with florists and designers who bring your vision to life against the ranch's natural backdrop. Whether you want lush and romantic or simple and rustic, the details are handled so the space feels yours unmistakably.
Firepit Gatherings & Evening Activities
As the night winds down, guests can gather around the firepit for s'mores, conversation, and a slower kind of celebration. It's one of our favorite parts of a Cedar Cove wedding — an easy, unscripted way to end the day surrounded by the people you love.
Transporation Shuttles
For guests staying off-property or traveling between spaces on the ranch, we can help arrange transportation so no one's left figuring out logistics on their own. It's one more detail taken care of, so your guests can simply relax and enjoy the weekend.
Activities
Activities Beyond the ceremony and reception, Cedar Cove Ranch offers plenty for overnight guests to enjoy throughout the weekend. Cast a line or paddle out on the lake with fishing and kayaking, take a UTV ride across the property, or visit our kangaroos for something truly unexpected. For those who want more, hunting can be added on as well. Whatever you choose, there's room for guests to unwind, explore, and make the most of their time on the ranch.
